B.C. Rich Mockingbird Supreme Short Horn Natural 1978 w/OHSC

Vintage B.C. Rich Mockingbird Supreme Short Horn in natural finish made in 1978 with original hard shell case. This guitar features a solid koa w/ maple stringers body. koa neck-thru and bound ebony fingerboard with a bound headstock w/ rosewood overlay. Equipped with a DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary Neck in the neck position and a DiMarzio Super Distortion in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume. 1 tone. 1 gain boost. a 6-way rotary Varitone pot. a 3-Way toggle switch and 2-way mini toggles for boost. phase and neck/bridge split. The 24 5/8" scale length neck has mother of pearl cloud inlays and black side markers with 24 jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a slim D profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Grover Super Rotomatic tuning machines with imperial heads. a nylon nut. a Schaller 455 Wraparound bridge and black Calrad knobs.

This guitar is in overall very good condition. The tuners were upgraded at some point in its life and the original screw holes are visible but filled. There are a few dings around the corners of the headstock. The neck has some light surface marks and a larger dent around the 3rd fret. The body has small dings around the corners. The back has belt rash and some other surface marks. (See pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
